Did you know you can lease a heat pump with no money down? That's right, leasing is another way to get you a heat pump without having to come up with a lump sum of money. These are a few things the Palmetto Comfort Plan offers.

All-Inclusive Subscription: One monthly fee covers the equipment, installation, annual maintenance, and repairs for the life of the plan.

Maintenance & Warranty Included: Includes annual preventative maintenance (filter changes, inspection) and comprehensive parts and labor coverage for the 10-12 year term.

Emergency Service: Priority scheduling and repair coverage are included, protecting against unexpected, costly repair bills.

Flexible End-of-Term Options: After the 10-12 year plan, customers can choose to buy the system, renew with lower payments, upgrade to new technology, or end the service.

Rebates

We are currently in the top five with Efficiency Maine for getting the most rebates for our customers:

Moderate Income: $2,000 per unit ($6,000 total).
Any Income: $1,000 per unit ($3,000 total).
Efficiency Maine has introduced an additional $500 rebate for qualifying heat pump installations in 2026.

For the outdoor unit, clear debris, leaves, and snow. Schedule a professional HVAC technician for a tune-up once a year to inspect refrigerant levels, motors, and electrical components.
